Cancellation & Changes
We start preparing your shirts for print soon after you order, so changes need to happen quickly.
Cancel or Change Within 12 Hours
You can cancel your order, or change a size, name, number, team name or shipping address, within 12 hours of placing it. Cancelled orders are refunded in full to your original payment method.
How to Request a Change
- Email support@rosterpress.com as soon as possible.
- Include your order number and exactly what you want to change or cancel.
- Wait for our confirmation email — a change is only final once we confirm it.
After 12 Hours
After 12 hours your order may already be in production, so it can no longer be cancelled or changed — each shirt is made just for you. If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, email us right away and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
Team Orders with a Proof
For team orders placed through our Team Quote page, you can request changes until you approve your proof. Production starts after approval.
Problems with a Delivered Order
If your order arrives with a misprint, damage or the wrong item, see our Refund Policy — we reprint or refund within 30 days of delivery.
