DMCA & Intellectual Property

Rosterpress respects the intellectual property of others and expects our customers to do the same. This page explains how to report content on rosterpress.com, or printed on our products, that you believe infringes your copyright or trademark.

Our Policy

Customers may only submit names, logos and artwork they own or have permission to use. We check team logos before printing and refuse orders that include artwork we believe infringes someone else's rights. When we receive a valid notice, we remove or disable access to the material and, where appropriate, cancel related orders. We may close the accounts of repeat infringers.

How to File a Notice

Send a written notice to support@rosterpress.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice", including:

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • a description of the copyrighted work or trademark you believe has been infringed;
  • the URL or other details that let us locate the material on our site;
  • your name, address, telephone number and email address;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
  • a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-Notice

If material you submitted was removed and you believe this was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address including:

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • a description of the material removed and where it appeared before removal;
  • a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
  • your name, address, telephone number and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts for your district (or Wyoming, if you live outside the United States) and will accept service from the person who filed the original notice.

We may restore the material 10–14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless the original complainant tells us they have filed a court action.
