Ordering
What kind of shirts do you make?
Custom all-over-print polos and jerseys for darts, bowling, billiards, golf, cornhole, disc golf, pickleball and fishing teams. Every shirt is sublimation printed, so the design is part of the fabric and will not crack or peel.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single shirt or outfit the whole league.
How long does production take?
Every shirt is printed to order. Production takes 3–5 business days before your order ships.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing it. Email support@rosterpress.com with your order number. See Cancellation & Changes.
Personalization & Logos
How do I add names to my shirt?
Enter the player name and team name in the personalization fields on the product page before you add the shirt to your cart. We print exactly what you type, so please check the spelling.
Can you print our team or league logo?
Yes. Send us a Team Quote request. We reply by email so you can attach your logo, and we check every logo before printing.
Can I use a pro sports or brand logo?
Only if you have permission from the owner. We cannot print trademarked or copyrighted artwork without authorization and will cancel and refund those orders.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
US shipping is free on orders with 4 or more shirts. Otherwise US shipping is $5.99. International rates are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
After production, US delivery takes 7–12 business days and international delivery takes 10–20 business days.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking link when your order ships. See Track Your Order for more options.
Returns
What if my shirt arrives misprinted or damaged?
Email support@rosterpress.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will reprint it or refund you.
Can I return a shirt if it does not fit?
Because every shirt is made to order, we cannot accept returns for a wrong size chosen or a change of mind. Please check the measurements on the product page and our Size Chart guide before ordering.
Team Orders
Do you offer deals for teams?
Yes. US orders with 4 or more shirts ship free, and bowling teams get Buy 1 Get 1 Free on bowling shirts. For larger team and league orders, use our Team Quote form.
Can each player have a different name and size?
Yes. Add each shirt to your cart with its own name and size, or send us your roster through the Team Quote form and we will help you set up the order.
Our tournament is on a set date. Can you make it in time?
Allow 3–5 business days for production plus delivery time. Tell us your date in the Team Quote form and we will let you know before you order.
