This Privacy Policy explains how Rosterpress, a trade name of The Craft House LLC ("we", "us"), collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit rosterpress.com or buy from us.

  • Order information: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, the products you buy and the personalization you enter (for example player names, team names and numbers).
  • Team order information: details you send through our Team Quote or contact forms, and any logos or artwork you email to us.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Device and usage information: your IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed and how you arrived at our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How We Use Your Information

  • To print, ship and support your order, including sending order and shipping updates.
  • To reply to your questions and team quote requests.
  • To prevent fraud and keep our store secure.
  • To improve our website and products.
  • To send marketing emails if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use our site and measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the store, such as the cart and checkout, may not work without them.

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout;
  • payment providers that process your payment;
  • our print partners and shipping carriers, who need your order details and address to make and deliver your shirts;
  • advertising and analytics partners (such as Meta, Google and TikTok pixels) that help us measure ads and show relevant ads to visitors.

We may also share information when required by law or to protect our rights.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, including California (CCPA/CPRA) and the European Economic Area and United Kingdom (GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to opt out of targeted advertising, and to receive a copy of your data. To make a request, email support@rosterpress.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Data Retention

We keep order information for as long as we need it for our records, taxes and accounting, or until you ask us to delete it where the law allows. Logos and artwork sent for team orders are kept only as long as needed to produce and reprint your order.

Children

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Youth team orders should be placed by a parent, coach or other adult.
