This website, rosterpress.com, is operated by The Craft House LLC under the trade name Rosterpress ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Orders and Pricing

  • All prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.
  • An order is accepted once you receive our order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if a product is priced incorrectly, if we suspect fraud, or if the order breaks these terms — and we will refund any amount paid.
  • Promotions such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free on bowling shirts and free US shipping on 4 or more shirts apply only as described on the site at the time of your order. Offer terms are shown with each offer; the discount applied at checkout is final.
  • Product images are illustrations. Printed colors may differ slightly from what you see on your screen.

Personalization and Customer Artwork

Many of our products are personalized with names, team names, numbers, logos or artwork you provide ("Customer Content"). By submitting Customer Content you confirm that:

  • you own it, or you have the rights and permission needed to print it, including any team, league, club or sponsor logo;
  • it does not infringe any trademark, copyright, right of publicity or other right of any person or company;
  • it is not offensive, hateful or unlawful.

We print personalization exactly as entered, so please check spelling before you order. We may refuse, cancel and refund any order that includes trademarked or copyrighted artwork, professional or college team marks we believe you are not licensed to use, or content we consider inappropriate. You agree to indemnify and hold The Craft House LLC harmless from any claims, losses or costs arising from Customer Content you submit.

Proofs for Team Orders

For team orders placed through our Team Quote page, we check your logo and email you a digital proof before printing. Production starts only after you approve the proof. Please check names, numbers, sizes and logo placement carefully — we are not responsible for errors in a proof you have approved.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including our designs, patterns, text, graphics and the Rosterpress name, belongs to The Craft House LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or resell our designs without our written permission. Your Customer Content remains yours; you give us a limited license to use it only to produce and deliver your order. Shipping, Returns and Cancellations

Shipping, refunds, reprints and cancellations are covered by our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation & Changes page, which form part of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our products and website are provided "as is". The Craft House LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
